Carver Ridge Senior Living is located just outside the heart of downtown Carver, Minnesota. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 70-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), and Caregiver
Hourly: HHA/Caregiver $17.00-$22.00/hr and CNA $19.00-$24.00/hr , depending on experience
Service Area: 920 6th Street West, Carver, MN 553315  
Schedule: FT or PT AM, 7am-3pm,  every or every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday)

Duties & Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including: 

• CNA’s and HHA’s provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity. 
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.  
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care. 
• Assist with medication administration. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred. 
• Strong interest in healthcare. 
• Positive, compassionate attitude. 
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
