If you're passionate about AI and eager to make a significant impact, the Infosys Financial Services unit is the perfect place for you to grow and excel.Job DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Technology Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Create business requirement documents covering functional and non-functional requirements, basis information gathered as part of workshops and interviews with client stakeholders Craft high- and low-level software designs, validate through prototypes, and incorporate feedback to optimize functionality Develop critical and complex software applications and engage with the development team to establish coding standards and methodologies in sync with design and architectural specifications Create and guide the execution of comprehensive testing strategies, in conformance with functional and non-functional requirements Guide the technical implementation of system infrastructure, and introduction of new software applications, to ensure their efficient deployment and adherence to project schedules. Ensure consistent system rollouts by orchestrating transitions and minimizing operational disruptions Analyse incident trends to identify root causes, propose sustainable solutions to avert future incidents and establish monitoring protocols Provide specialized insights and build collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams, securing the successful execution of projects Establish and uphold comprehensive knowledge bases to guarantee that vital information is systematically recorded and readily available Contribute to the selection of technological tools by collaborating with architects and provide insights on prospective influence of new technologies Contribute to the development of technical implementation roadmaps, based on understanding of client business needs Contribute to proposals and RFPs by delivering insights related to development of software applications, for successfully delivering the proposed solutionsYour contribution to the team: A focus on innovation and adaptability for integrating new technologies Proactive problem-solving to streamline complex requirements. Passion for mentoring and fostering a knowledge-sharing culture.Required Skill and Experience Experience with Alfabet / Bizzdesign development, configuration, customization, and administration. Experience developing Alfabet integrations with external systems, APIs, data feeds, or enterprise integration platforms. Experience configuring Alfabet workflows, data objects, data capture templates, business rules, forms, views, and governance processes. Experience developing reports, dashboards, queries, and analytics within Alfabet or related reporting tools. Experience supporting Software AG / Bizzdesign Alfabet customers as a product SME or implementation specialist. Experience with SQL, APIs, web services, ETL processes, data modeling, and enterprise integration patterns. Experience in large enterprise environments with complex application, technology, and portfolio data landscapes.Preferred Skill and Experience Understanding of Enterprise Architecture Management, Technology Portfolio Management, Application Portfolio Management, Information Portfolio Management, and architecture governance concepts. Ability to troubleshoot issues related to integrations, data quality, reports, workflows, system jobs, and platform performance.Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
