CNC Machinist

Now Hiring Experienced CNC Machinists!
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st Shift or 2nd shifts available
Pay Rate: $18-$30 per hour (based on experience)
Position Overview

We are currently seeking skilled CNC Mill Machinists to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced machinist who is comfortable with horizontal CNC machines, setup, and precision part production. Candidates should be detail-oriented and capable of working independently while maintaining high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate horizontal CNC milling machines
• Prove out and edit CNC programs as needed
• Perform part setup and fixture alignment
• Load, calibrate, and maintain cutting tools
• Set and adjust tooling offsets as required
• Produce parts to precise blueprint tolerances and specifications
• Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments
• Deburr and clean finished parts
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a machinist role preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in CNC milling or machine setup
• Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling

This is a Permanent position based out of DuBois, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $62400.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
