Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting
Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in critically ill patients' conditions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Float to other units as needed based on staffing requirements
Participate in weekend rotation as part of standard scheduling expectations
Required Qualifications
Active California RN License

(must be verifiable via Nursys, uploaded within the last 2 weeks)
BLS certification - American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
ACLS certification - AHA or ARC
NIHSS certification
Minimum 3 years of ICU experience required
Local candidates are welcome; must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility to be considered at the local rate
Preferred Experience / Skills
4 or more years of ICU experience preferred
Experience with high-acuity, critically ill patient populations
