Production Line Specialist

A highly qualified person with experience in production lines, who guarantees standard work and the necessary structure to achieve the department's projects and objectives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Training & Support
  1. Knowledge of company policies.
  2. Participates in formal and informal training sessions to acquire new skills and knowledge.
  3. Contributes and analyzes areas for improvement in the department.
• Essential Skills:
  1. Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills, with a strong ability to research and find solutions independently.
  2. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, thriving in both independent and collaborative work environments.

Possess excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with staff and stakeholders across all levels.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2 Years of experience.
• Ability to work and solve problems on the production line.
• Basic Excel and computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to provide employee support.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
