Weekends - LPN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Positions available for full‑time and part‑time shifts (days, nights, weekends). Pay Range LPN: $28–$33 /hr RN: $30–$35 /hr Job Duties Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care. Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments. Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies. Coordination of care.
