LPN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for full‑time and part‑time shifts (days, nights and weekends available) in Jacksonville, FL and surrounding areas. Responsibilities Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel. Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments. Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies. Coordination of care. Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes. Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients. Qualifications Active RN or LPN/LVN license (new graduates welcome, training provided). Experience providing care in a client home setting. Ability to make a positive and lasting impression.
