Americas -- Retail Operations Specialist

RETAIL OPERATIONS SPECIALIST The Retail Operations Specialist will be responsible for assisting Retail Operations in various administrative and operational duties related to controlling store expenses, daily correspondence with retail stores, managing retail supply orders, reconciling operational store expenses, managing store incident reports, and project support. What You'll Do: Manages retail operations mailboxes daily and responds to all field emails promptly. Responsible for managing and maintaining monthly retail supply orders, ensuring store supply budgets are not exceeded, and managing product offerings/catalogs on sites to ensure we are using the most cost-efficient supplies available. Responsible for collecting, reviewing, and collating field incident reports on internal and external store losses and following up with the District Directors and District Managers on any action items. Responsible for reconciling monthly store operational expenses and ensuring all required payments are set up for our retail operations vendors. Responsible for collecting store data and information by creating store surveys and ensuring the information is saved and categorized onto the team's Sharepoint site. Responsible for sending weekly reminders to departments for any action items for store openings, closings, and/or remodels, along with creating and tracking each store's form. What You'll Bring: High school degree, College degree preferred. Retail experience required, preferably in footwear and/or fashion apparel Prior experience in retail. Genuinely engage with others and form positive connections. Ability to consider, respond, and interact appropriately in all situations presented. Demonstrate the capability to change course when desired results are not being met. Identifying what needs to be done and doing it before being asked or before the situation requires. Proficient in MS Office, able to interpret and act based on reports.
