About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Programs to serve as its chief program officer, with a focus on strategic leadership, operational performance, and clinical integration. The successful candidate will be responsible for the growth and long-term sustainability of all programmatic services, ensuring they align with the organization's mission and strategic plan. This role involves transforming individual programs into a fully integrated, client-centered system of care, driving excellence, accountability, and measurable impact. The Vice President of Programs will also be tasked with financial stewardship, workforce development, and fostering community partnerships to enhance the organization's reputation as a trusted community partner. Candidates for the Vice President of Programs position at the company should have a Master's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Doctorate or advanced executive leadership training. A minimum of 12 years of leadership experience in behavioral health, healthcare, human services, or related sectors is required, with at least 7 years in senior leadership overseeing multiple programs or departments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading large-scale organizational change, managing complex service systems, and multimillion-dollar budgets. Experience with Medicaid-funded services, state and federal grants, and accreditation standards is essential. The role demands a leader who can build and lead high-performing teams, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
