This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for candidates with call center, sales, inside sales, or customer service experience who enjoy building relationships, assisting customers, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and inbound inquiries
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Assist customers with orders, product inquiries, and issue resolution
• Handle billing questions, account updates, and customer concerns
• Support sales initiatives through customer outreach and relationship building
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity notes

Qualifications

• Previous sales, inside sales, call center, or customer service experience required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
• Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
