As an Aflac Benefits Advisor, you will work directly with business owners and HR representatives to plan supplemental insurance coverage and other value‑added services for employees. You’ll be an advisor, educator, and relationship manager who builds a trusted partnership with clients. Responsibilities include: Sales – presentations, B2B management, enrollment, and education on insurance products Entrepreneurial approach – providing strategic and executable solutions to clients Marketing strategy and lead generation Customer/client/business owner relationship management Leadership and management of customer relationships Benefits expertise as an enroller, counselor, worksite liaison, and in communication preferences Maintaining state licensure (Life, Health, or other as required) Preferred Skills Ability to work well in teams Strong time‑management skills Interest in helping others Great work ethic and high integrity Benefits include a commission‑based compensation structure with residuals, bonuses, and a stock‑bonus program. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $70,000 per year and is discussed in detail during the interview process. You will receive on‑the‑job training and resources to obtain your insurance license. Schedule is flexible with options for full‑time, part‑time, or internship. You decide how, when, and where you work – whether from a local coffee shop, an outdoor café, or your home.
