You will engage with small to medium-sized businesses, showcasing our premium supplemental insurance products. Our comprehensive training covers classroom sessions and hands‑on experiences with top performers, along with self‑paced learning modules. While we prefer candidates with a background in athletics, military, or law enforcement, or those with a proven track record of success in any field, what we truly desire is a passion for making a difference and the drive to excel! Core Responsibilities: Utilize our customized Salesforce CRM to cultivate leads and expand your client base while networking within your territory and surrounding communities. Respond to client inquiries effectively via phone, email, or text. Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess their insurance needs thoroughly. Participate in scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and teammates. Visit new businesses personally to build relationships with local owners, follow up on referrals, and service existing clients. Build and nurture your own professional client portfolio. Collaborate with your manager to establish monthly and quarterly sales targets. Plan, adhere to, and submit your weekly working schedule to your sales team manager. Record daily work statistics and updates on your sales activity at the end of each day. Qualifications & Desired Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster genuine connections quickly. Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience (applicants nearing degree completion or with less than 4 years of professional experience with a relevant sales or athletic background will be considered).
