We’re looking for a VP of Sales to lead and accelerate ’s growth in the US. This is a high-impact opportunity for an accomplished sales leader with deep Web3 expertise, a proven ability to build lasting enterprise relationships, and a track record of scaling go-to-market organizations.

You will own the US revenue strategy and targets, build and mentor a high-performing sales team, develop strategic partnerships, and champion ’s unique value proposition among Fortune 500 companies and high-growth enterprises. We’re seeking a dynamic, growth-oriented leader who can turn market opportunity into a scalable and enduring US business.

Responsibilities

• Build the sales foundation from ICPs and territory design to a repeatable enterprise sales playbook
• Recruit, develop, and inspire a world-class team of AEs and BDEs
• Partner closely with Sales Engineering to deliver a strong, consultative enterprise sales motion
• Create a predictable pipeline across outbound, inbound, and partner channels, backed by rigorous forecasting
• Lead complex, strategic enterprise deals with Fortune 500 and high-growth customers, typically exceeding $100K ACV
• Forge high-value alliances with system integrators, risk consultancies, and technology partners
• Shape market demand alongside Marketing through targeted ABM, executive events, and thought leadership
• Bring the voice of the customer into Product and Customer Success to strengthen adoption, expansion, and long-term value

Requirements

• 10+ years of SaaS sales experience, including 4+ years leading, hiring, and scaling high-performing teams in the US
• A proven record of winning complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals and driving seven-figure revenue
• Deep knowledge of Web3, cybersecurity, third-party risk, or API security-and the credibility to engage sophisticated buyers
• Experience building and scaling enterprise sales motions from the ground up in fast-moving, high-growth environments
• A data-driven approach to pipeline, forecasting, and funnel performance, with strong command of CRM platforms such as Salesforce
• Executive presence and exceptional communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills
• A builder’s mindset: strategic, hands-on, resilient, and motivated by turning ambitious goals into results
• A collaborative, low-ego leadership style, with the ability to serve as a key team player and build strong partnerships across Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and executive leadership
