Senior Manager, VCEx Innovation & Digital Intelligence

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Manager to lead digital innovation and supply chain excellence within Innovative Medicine. The role involves developing and deploying digital twin, simulation, and analytics capabilities that enhance end-to-end supply chain visibility, decision-making, and business value across a complex organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement roadmap for digital capabilities aligned with business priorities and delivery of measurable value
- Lead development and deployment of Digital Twin, simulation, and scenario modeling solutions for supply chain optimization
- Partner across Planning, Manufacturing, Deliver, Quality, Finance, and Technology organizations to identify opportunities and implement solutions
- Establish performance metrics and governance processes to monitor outcomes and drive continuous improvement
- Lead cross-functional teams in delivering digital solutions while promoting Agile practices and innovation culture
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, IT, Data Analytics, Business, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain, operations, digital, or analytics functions
- Demonstrated leadership of digital products or business transformation in matrixed environments
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes including planning, manufacturing, distribution, and network design
- Ability to translate business challenges into scalable digital solutions
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
