The ideal candidate has a love for styling, a great eye for detail, is reliable and enjoys a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Haircut Specialists are responsible for performing customized, fabulous haircuts and Cherry signature blowouts, service upgrades, and have the option to offer more styling and cross‑category services. Skills and Requirements Meet and exceed all individual sales and productivity goals and perform services within allotted time. Attend all company educational events, trainings and meetings. Adhere to the brand's standards for guest service, cleanliness, dress code and more. Experience 2+ years of active experience cutting hair. Proficient with latest salon trends and techniques. Proficient with use of equipment needed to perform service(s). Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment, and to build and maintain customer relationships.
