Licensing Requirement Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses are required before your start date. If you are currently completing your licensing, we provide study resources, coaching, and support to help you become fully licensed prior to joining our team. What You’ll Do Generate new business through referrals, networking, prospecting, and lead follow‑up. Build a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects and sales opportunities. Conduct consultative conversations to uncover customer needs and recommend customized insurance solutions. Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products. Cross‑sell multiple product lines to provide comprehensive protection. Develop lasting customer relationships that generate referrals and repeat business. Meet and exceed individual sales and production goals. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with agency and insurance regulations. What We’re Looking For Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses. Proven success in insurance sales or a production‑focused sales role. Competitive, goal‑oriented mindset with a strong work ethic. Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and closing skills. Resilience, grit, and determination to overcome challenges.
