Our Vision: We work for a future when all people live in sustainable, opportunity-rich communitiesResponsibilities:Direct the Property staff in all phases of property operations, the ongoing leasing and administrative functions of the property, and assist the site staff with resident relations by providing supportive services to the residentsIdentify resident areas of concern, develop, and implement plans to address those areaSupervision of nearly 800-1,000 units in a multi-state areaOverseeing the financial, operational, resident relations, and budgetary aspects of each siteA minimum of quarterly inspections of developments determined by Vice PresidentFinancial reporting and budget performance including determining the quality of maintenance, status of rent collections, readiness of vacant units for occupancy, and promptness of depositsSupervise, train, and evaluate the site staffPerform Section 42 and bond financing (if applicable) and audit reviews to insure complianceOversee the lease-up, resident selection and occupancy requirements of new or redeveloped propertiesMeet and correspond with local, state, and federal representatives, residents, and vendors as requiredAttend inspections conducted by owners and/or agencies.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or experience in supervising multiple propertiesYardi accounting system experience is highly preferredCustomer service experience in a hospitality industryAbility to deal effectively with residents, employees, and financial managementKnowledge of government-assisted housing programs/HUD regulations and Project Based Section 8 and Public Housing preferredMust be deadline focused, organized, and have the ability to multi-taskAbility to network with local community contactsAdditional Details: Effective September 7, 2021, as a condition of employment, all employees must be immunized by vaccination against COVID-19 unless granted a medical or religious exemption.
