- DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION

- We serves Linn, Benton, Lincoln, and parts of Marion and neighboring counties. Our team of physicians, physician associates, nurses, and support staff work together to provide full-spectrum care of our patients' digestive health.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule procedures/surgeries per physician orders.
- Answer incoming calls from patients regarding preparation instructions for upcoming procedures.
- Provide clear, accurate, and compassionate guidance while addressing patient questions and concerns.
- Ensure patients understand required preparation steps to support a positive care experience.
- EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
- NOTE: Previous Surgery/Procedure Scheduling experience is required. Preference given to those that have EPIC experience. We will only consider those that are local.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience and/or training with computer applications required.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience and/or training in a position of similar responsibility and complexity required.
- Experience and/or training with medical/insurance terminology preferred.
