What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse at D.G.A.D.A MANAGEMENT LLC, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing compassionate and professional nursing care to pediatric patients. - Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and documenting care accurately. - Utilizing your expertise in PICU, NICU, Pediatric Emergency Room, or Pediatric Step-Down unit settings. - Staying up-to-date with best practices and maintaining compliance with all healthcare regulations.

What We’re Looking For: Required Skills and Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you’ll need: - Education : Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred. - Licensure : Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in [State Name or Compact License]. - Certifications : - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire. - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required upon hire or within 30 days. - Certified Pediatric Emergency Nurse (CPEN) or Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN - Pediatric) preferred. - Experience : Minimum of 1–2 years of RN experience in a PICU, NICU, Pediatric Emergency Room, or Pediatric Step-Down unit. (New Grad Residency options available for qualifying candidates.) - A commitment to providing exceptional patient care and strong communication skills.
