Position Summary:
Bartley Healthcare, a premier skilled nursing facility in Jackson, NJ, is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Housekeeping Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of the facility, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of the facility.

• Clean and disinfect resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices according to facility standards.

• Ensure all cleaning supplies are properly stocked and organized.

• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.

• Assist with laundry tasks as needed.

• Adhere to infection control and safety procedures.

• Support overall housekeeping operations and assist team members as needed.

Requirements:

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English .

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.

• Ability to follow directions and work independently.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs.

• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively.

• Must be able to work every other weekend .
