A fast-growing, venture-backed AI company transforming the insurance claims space is hiring an Account Executive to help drive the next stage of growth.
About the Role
This is a high-impact, hunter-style role focused on winning enterprise accounts, building strategic partnerships, and shaping the go-to-market engine from the ground up. The company is reimagining how claims are handled using AI and modern workflows - replacing outdated systems, reducing cycle times, and delivering significantly better operational outcomes for clients.
Responsibilities
- Own and close complex enterprise deals from first conversation through signed agreement
- Build and refine GTM strategy, sales playbooks, and scalable growth processes
- Develop trusted relationships with senior insurance and claims leaders
- Represent the business at conferences, industry events, and executive meetings
- Partner closely with Product and Operations teams to influence roadmap and market strategy
- Help scale and mentor the commercial function as the business grows
Qualifications
- 10+ years of business development or enterprise sales experience
- Strong background within insurance, claims, or related industries
- Proven success closing large, complex deals and opening new logos
- Experience building GTM motions or sales frameworks in high-growth environments
- Executive presence with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in fast-moving startup environments
- Interest in AI and technology-driven transformation
