Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Surgical Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting
• Monitor and assess patients requiring intermediate-level care between ICU and general medical-surgical units
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Work weekends, holidays, and float as required per department guidelines
• Adhere to facility dress code requirements (navy scrubs)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active, unrestricted Arizona RN license with no disciplinary actions on record
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Valid driver's license for residency verification purposes
• PCU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• Flexibility with shifts, departments, and facility locations is highly advantageous
