Registered Nurse – Long Term CareSchedule: Weekend coverage: Every Other Week Ratios: Days 1:21 | Nights 1:42 | Weekends 1:21Assignment Details: Orientation: 16 hoursRequirements: NY license required Minimum 1 year nursing experience EPIC charting experience required Experience with geriatric/LTC population preferredRoles & Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care to geriatric patients in a long-term care setting. Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate nursing interventions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using EPIC. Exhibit strong communication skills to ensure effective patient and family education.Compliance / Notes: Candidates within 75 miles of the facility are not accepted.
