Association Manager

Overview Multiporpoise Management is a vacation rental company that provides HOA management services. We oversee home‑owner associations for short‑term rental communities, including condo buildings in coastal and inland locations. What We're Looking For We seek someone with experience in property or association management. Experience in adjacent fields such as business administration, hospitality, finance, or customer service leadership is also welcome. What You'll Do Oversee day‑to‑day operations of each homeowners association. Serve as the primary point of contact for board members and homeowners. Manage vendor relationships and coordinate projects. Assist with budgeting and financial oversight. Review invoices, authorize payments, and maintain accurate financial records. Ensure compliance with association bylaws and local regulations. The Ideal Candidate Is Comfortable working with homeowners, board members, vendors, and contractors. Highly organized and detail‑oriented. Capable of working in a fast‑paced environment. Strong problem‑solving skills and sense of humor. Required Qualifications Valid driver’s license. Passability of a criminal background check. Good credit history. Basic computer and technology proficiency. Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute. Ability to navigate stairs and lift up to 25 pounds. Preferred Qualifications Previous HOA or association management experience. Professional training or certifications related to HOA or property management. Experience working with boards or committees. Annual Salary $55,000 to $65,000 or more, depending on experience.
