Schedule

Night shift, 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30), every other weekend.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality care across various units in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will float between Burks, halls (subacute rehab), and Households. You will play a crucial role in delivering patient-centered care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to meet the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities

• Provide long-term and subacute care for patients with varying levels of acuity.
• Administer medications and perform routine healthcare procedures.
• Monitor and document patient status and communicate changes to the nursing staff.
• Participate in rehabilitation activities and support daily living tasks for patients.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout care delivery.
• Work proactively to address and advocate for patient needs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of one year of LPN experience required.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications are mandatory.
• Maryland or Compact nursing license required at the time of submission.
• Experience in acute or long-term care settings is preferred.
