LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting our healthcare client in hiring a Data Entry Specialist based out of Newberg. This will be a contract position and a full-time, 100% onsite opportunity for the team.


The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate records and data within electronic document management and ERP systems, ensuring information is entered, updated, tracked, and organized in compliance with company procedures. This role supports quality and regulatory documentation processes by reviewing records for completeness, processing document changes, updating databases, maintaining logs and revision histories, coordinating document routing, performing routine audits, retrieving records, and assisting with administrative tasks. The position requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills.



Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years data entry/administrative experience, QA experience strongly desired
• Must be proficient working within Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to multiple tasks throughout the day
• Strong communication skills, both in-person and over the phone

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
