About the Role

As an Entry Level Marketing Assistant (Sales Team) , you'll help deliver promotional marketing campaigns through face-to-face customer engagement at retail activations, live events, community campaigns, and promotional venues across Miami.

You'll learn how successful marketing campaigns are executed in person by representing client brands, building relationships with customers, explaining products and services, and helping interested customers complete registrations or purchases where appropriate. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain real-world marketing experience while developing valuable sales and customer engagement skills.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting live marketing campaigns, promotional events, and brand activations
• Representing client brands professionally in customer-facing environments
• Speaking directly with customers to build relationships and create positive experiences
• Promoting products, services, and current marketing campaigns
• Answering customer questions and explaining campaign offers clearly and confidently
• Assisting customers through registrations, applications, or purchasing processes
• Working alongside experienced team leaders to achieve campaign objectives
• Participating in ongoing product knowledge, marketing, and sales training

Earnings

Average weekly earnings of $800+ , including a combination of base pay, uncapped commissions, and performance-based bonuses .
