Position Overview
Nalle Custom Homes is a residential home builder seeking a full-time Inside Project
Coordinator to join our office team. This in-office role involves coordinating selection
details for speculative projects and handling various day-to-day office tasks.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinating the selection details for speculative projects
• Managing day-to-day administrative and operational tasks in the office
• Assisting with project coordination, documentation, and internal communications
• Supporting the project management team in various capacities
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience in construction or home building industry is preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other office software
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Ideal Extras
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
• Any background with home building and/or interior design consultation.
