Strong compensation, mentorship, and long-term career growth make this an attractive opportunity for someone looking to accelerate their finance career.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain long-range financial models and scenario analyses used for strategic planning, valuation and capital requirements.Perform monthly actual vs. budget and prior-year analysis, including identifying and explaining major financial drivers.Analyze business-, product- and fund-level profitability, growth initiatives and other key financial metrics.Help design, build, test and implement a new reporting and forecasting platform utilizing Workday Finance and AI.Use Workday data to provide timely financial insights to senior management.Prepare and review reporting packages for credit-facility lenders and rating agencies.Perform ad hoc analysis related to the firm's capital structure.Produce financial analysis and information supporting due diligence and executive decision-making.Partner with Accounting and other Finance groups to understand results and identify important developments that should be reflected in FP&A reporting.Prepare executive presentations, decks and talking points.Continually improve budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes.Streamline FP&A workflows and upgrade financial models as business needs evolve. xhyhwjd Maintain appropriate processes and controls to ensure data integrity and consistency.
