What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience in a quota-driven, commission-based, or performance-focused role.

• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding individual sales goals.

• Solid employment history showing reliability, commitment, and a strong work ethic.

• Competitive, self-motivated personality with a genuine drive to succeed and earn.

• Experience prospecting, overcoming objections, following up, and closing sales.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, polished presentation.

• Comfortable making 100–150 outbound calls daily.

• Willing and able to work full-time in our Spokane, WA office.

Insurance experience is NOT required. We welcome successful sales professionals from banking, mortgage, telecommunications, financial services, B2B, and other performance-driven sales industries.

Candidates must be able to discuss their previous sales accomplishments, production results, and employment history.
