Responsibilities Connect with prospective and existing customers to identify their insurance needs. Explain coverage options and recommend appropriate insurance products. Generate new business through customer outreach, referrals, follow-ups, and relationship building. Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication with prospective customers. Review existing customer accounts to identify additional coverage needs and sales opportunities. Provide excellent customer service while building long-term customer relationships. Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on sales opportunities. Work with team members to meet individual and agency sales goals. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable talking with customers, asking questions, and recommending solutions. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn. Ability to build trust and develop lasting customer relationships. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Previous sales or insurance experience is a plus. Active insurance license preferred; candidates must be willing and able to obtain the applicable Washington state insurance licenses prior to start date. We will reimburse licensing fees if needed.
