Registered Nurse, Client Care Coordinator

Registered Nurse (RN) In-Home Assessments | Fayetteville, NC

Comfort Keepers of Fayetteville is looking for a compassionate and independent Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. If you enjoy connecting with people, working outside of a hospital setting, and helping seniors live safely at home, this role offers meaningful work with flexibility.

What You'll Do

As our RN, you'll be the first step in a client's care journeyensuring they receive the right support from day one.

• Conduct in-home assessments and reassessments
• Create personalized care plans tailored to each client's needs
• Complete client admissions and ensure accurate documentation
• Collaborate with caregivers and office staff to deliver quality care
• Educate clients and families on services and expectations
• Monitor and update care plans as conditions change
• Maintain compliance with NC home care regulations

What We're Looking For

• Active RN license in North Carolina (in good standing)
• At least 1 year of clinical experience (home care or geriatrics preferred)
• Strong communication and assessment skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance
• Comfortable using basic technology (EMR, Ipad, email)

Work Setting
