The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and optimizing the full manufacturing and supply chain footprint, with accountability for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity. This role provides both strategic and hands‑on leadership across manufacturing, materials, planning, logistics, and continuous improvement for fiberglass‑based acoustic and thermal insulation products serving the automotive market. Drive manufacturing excellence through Lean principles, continuous improvement, and standardized best practices. Oversee supply chain, materials, planning, inventory, and logistics to support JIT/JIS automotive requirements. Lead operational readiness for new product launches, capacity expansions, and capital investment initiatives.
