Senior Desk Side Support Technician
Virtual Vocations Inc
Providing technical support for end-user computing platforms, the full-time Senior Desk Side Support Technician will deliver Level 1 and Level 2 break/fix support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices while managing hardware and software issues in a corporate environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver remote and deskside support to authorized users, including troubleshooting hardware and software malfunctions Document and classify incidents in ticketing systems while managing and maintaining spare inventory for in-scope hardware devices Assist with device configuration and technical refresh, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) for Field Service tickets Required Qualifications Broad understanding of Windows 10/Windows 11 and mobile operating systems (iPad/iPhone) in a corporate setting Basic understanding of Microsoft SCCM and modern cloud desktop management technologies such as Office365 and OneDrive Experience with diagnostic tools for assessing hardware and software malfunctions Ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences US Citizenship is required
