The Zone Team Leader (ZTL) provides guidance and direction for the successful operation of a particular zone of the retail sales floor. The ZTL oversees merchandising and customer service, ensuring store standards and company programs meet expectations. Responsibilities include merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, daily recovery, and supervisory duties.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum two years of retail experience in a supervisory role, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Physical requirements include lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, pushing and pulling up to 35 pounds, standing for extended periods, bending and twisting frequently, and the ability to operate a motor vehicle with a valid state-issued license.
