Make a Difference Every Day.Our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center is seeking an experienced and compassionate LPN or RN Unit Manager to provide clinical leadership and oversee the daily operations of a nursing unit. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated nurse leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional resident care while mentoring and supporting a dedicated clinical team.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations of an assigned nursing unit to ensure exceptional resident care.Manage staffing levels and coordinate schedules to maintain adequate unit coverage.Supervise, mentor, and support Licensed Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants.Perform resident assessments and ensure individualized care plans are implemented effectively.Provide direct nursing care as needed while maintaining high clinical standards.Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate resident care.Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention of nursing staff.Complete required Preceptor Training and assist with ongoing staff education and development.Address resident and family concerns with professionalism, empathy, and timely follow-up.Monitor quality indicators and support continuous quality improvement initiatives.Maintain survey readiness and ensure compliance with all facility policies and regulatory requirements.Foster a positive, respectful, and resident-centered culture within the nursing team.QualificationsCurrent, active, and unrestricted LPN or RN license in the State of Florida.Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience, preferably in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care.At least one (1) year of supervisory or nursing leadership experience.Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and critical-thinking skills.Ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced clinical environment.Passion for mentoring staff and providing outstanding resident-centered care.BenefitsCompetitive annual salaryComprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefitsPaid time off and paid holidays401(k) with employer participation (where applicable)Career advancement and professional development opportunitiesSupportive leadership and team-oriented cultureEmployee recognition programsStable, full-time Monday–Friday scheduleWhy Join Our Team?Our nursing and rehabilitation center is committed to creating an environment where residents receive exceptional care and employees are empowered to grow professionally.
