In this role, you’ll support day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting, account reconciliations, general ledger management, and tax preparation. You’ll also help identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes while maintaining strong internal controls and collaborating across the Firm. ✔️ What You’ll Do Coordinating accounting functions and programs Preparing financial analyses and reports Preparing month‑end reports and journal entries Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts Investigating and researching account discrepancies, and issues of non‑compliance Preparing federal, state, local, tribal, and special tax returns, assist with tax return supporting documentation preparation, prep estimated tax payments and pay online Provide backup support for processing payroll, ensuring accuracy of payroll, wage/salary updates, benefit calculations and team member status changes Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures. Performing other accounting duties and supporting Finance team as required or assigned Cross‑train with other team members to provide backup support. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required. 3+ years of accounting experience.
