An acclaimed, Michelin-starred hospitality group is seeking an experienced Dining Room Manager for our newly launched fine-dining concept. This elegant establishment bridges traditional and contemporary Japanese culinary styles, delivering a sophisticated supper-club experience led by an award-winning culinary team.

What We Are Looking For:

• 3+ Years Fine Dining / Luxury Experience (Fast-casual/casual background will not be considered)
• Strong floor presence with the ability to lead, mentor, and train a service team on strict standards.
• Solid understanding of food/beverage menus, guest relations, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
• Proficient in POS, reservation platforms, Avero, R365, and Google Suite.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
