Counter Sales Associate Wholesale Plumbing & HVAC
Bender Plumbing Supplies is hiring Counter Sales Associates for our New Haven, Waterbury, Norwalk, and Stamford locations. We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Counter Sales Associates who want to be a part of a fast-paced and culture forward environment.
What You'll Do:
- Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, and via email, and process transactions using our point-of-sale and WMS systems
- Fulfill customer orders, arrange pickups, and handle returns and exchanges professionally
- Increase sales by promoting new products, specials, and trainings, and proactively growing your product knowledge
- Collaborate with the team to maintain inventory accuracy and a clean, organized counter area
Requirements:
- 5+ years counter sales, customer management or customer service
- Experience with contractors, construction, or trade customers
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
- Wholesale plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or building supply experience
