Office Assistant Receptionist

This role performs a wide range of administrative and office activities to support business operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Communications & Reception: Answer phones, route calls, greet visitors, and draft routine correspondence or reports.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, book conference rooms, and organize staff travel or itineraries.
- Clerical & Record Keeping: Maintain physical and digital filing systems, scan documents, and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Office Management: Monitor inventory, purchase breakroom and office supplies, and ensure office equipment remains operational.
- Support: Process product registrations and rebates and assist with inventory management.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively via phone and email with accuracy and timeliness.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Knowledge of Housecall Pro is preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems preferred
