Prioritized Must Have Skills For The Survey Project Manager Must have RLS or PLS license Must have at least 10 years of Surveying experience. Must have experience using Trimble, AutoCAD Civil 3D. Must be able to delegate and Mentor Staff No more than 3 jobs in the past 10 years. Responsibilities Of The Survey Project Manager Develop scopes, prepare cost proposals, and negotiate contract language. Create and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. Maintain and develop client relationships. Experienced in employee supervision, development, and mentoring. Maintain quality control throughout project duration. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Requirements Of The Survey Project Manager Arizona Registered Land Surveyor. 10 years of land surveying experience. Knowledge of the Public Land Survey System, Arizona Boundary Survey Minimum Standards, municipal survey requirements, and ALTA/NSPS Minimum Standards. Experience using Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil 3D. Other Key Requirements Work on-site.
