Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Claridge House Nursing and Rehab Center in Miami, Florida. Job Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care and assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and document patient care and outcomes
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans, in collaboration with the nursing team
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient care and treatment
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continue to develop clinical skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed Practical Nurse with a current Florida nursing license in good standing
• Preferably with experience, but not required
• Must have completed a Level II Background check to be able to work
• Must bring in a valid Driver's License, Social Security card, and Proof of Citizenship
• Must have completed Physical, PPD, Recent Covid Test, and CPR certifications
• Excellent assessment, clinical, and communication skills
