Distribution Coordinator

Distribution Coordinator position at Catalent's Kansas City facility supporting clinical supply distribution. Coordinates shipments, processes orders, and maintains documentation compliance with regulatory standards and manufacturing practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch clinical trial material shipments to clinical sites
• Process orders and assemble documentation folders, auditing for accuracy against customer requests
• Support multiple order types including same-day, 24-hour, bulk, and just-in-time requests
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve distribution and operational issues
• Generate shipment documents and ensure compliance with SOPs and customer-approved protocols

Requirements

• High school diploma with minimum 2+ years relevant industry experience
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems, preferably JD Edwards
• Strong project management and customer service skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong mathematical and reasoning ability
