About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President / Project Executive with a strong background in U.S. Military construction to lead and support business development for U.S. Federal construction opportunities in the UK and Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing executive leadership on complex projects, particularly those valued at $100M and above, and will be instrumental in establishing and growing the company's long-term Federal construction presence in the region. Key responsibilities include overseeing project delivery, establishing execution strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with federal clients, with a focus on Air Force stakeholders. The role demands a professional with over 20 years' of experience, significant U.S. Military construction experience, and a proven track record in both horizontal and vertical construction, including airfield infrastructure and facilities. Applicants for this senior executive-level position should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, although this is preferred rather than required. The role requires a candidate with a strong leadership ability, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to travel frequently, with the potential for future relocation to the UK. Experience with NAVFAC and USACE is essential, and previous work on U.S. Federal projects in the UK or Europe is a significant advantage. The ideal candidate will have a background in business development, be adept at proposal strategy, and have the ability to engage with clients at all levels. The position is a growth opportunity, and the company is looking for a leader who can provide strategic direction and support the resolution of major project and operational issues.
