Key Responsibilities\n

• Plan, coordinate, manage, and implement comprehensive support plans tailored to address the unique challenges and dependencies faced by each client.

• Conduct thorough assessments by interviewing service users to gather detailed information about their conditions, needs, strengths, and areas for growth.

• Develop individualized, measurable goals for clients and continuously monitor their progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

• Provide counseling and guidance during sessions, equipping clients with the knowledge and strategies to navigate their circumstances effectively.

• Document client interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records to ensure ongoing quality of care.

• Participate in case conferences and, when necessary, provide testimony in legal settings to advocate for client needs.

• Act as a key worker within a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with educators, parents, and healthcare providers to create a supportive network for clients.

• Refer clients to community resources and services that can assist them on their path to recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve children and adolescents facing a variety of mental health issues. Understanding that early intervention is crucial, you will work closely with students who may be struggling with the ramifications of trauma, emotional distress, or behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
