Litigation Attorney

Salary Range: $120K-$225K | Bonus Eligible Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday Exempt Required: 3+ years of healthcare litigation experience Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. About the Opportunity A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Healthcare Litigation Attorney to join its growing healthcare law and litigation practice in Boston. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for an attorney with healthcare litigation experience looking to work on sophisticated matters involving healthcare providers, compliance, and regulatory disputes. Qualifications & Skills Juris Doctor 3+ years of healthcare litigation experience Strong experience in state and federal court litigation Experience with mediation and arbitration required Knowledge of healthcare regulations, HIPAA, and compliance matters preferred Excellent writing, advocacy, and analytical skills Ability to manage client relationships effectively Active Massachusetts Bar admission or ability to waive in preferred Key Functions Manage healthcare litigation matters in state and federal courts Represent clients in mediation and arbitration proceedings Advise on healthcare compliance and regulatory matters Handle disputes involving: Licensing and credentialing HIPAA and healthcare privacy Survey and certification issues Employment and labor matters Governance and disciplinary proceedings Collaborate closely with healthcare organizations and leadership teams Grow Your Legal Career If you are a litigation attorney looking to expand your career in healthcare litigation, work with respected healthcare organizations, and join a collaborative legal team, we encourage you to apply today.
