We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a high-volume aluminum manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional with experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment in a production environment.
What You'll Do- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment
- Maintain and repair aluminum extrusion presses and supporting equipment
- Troubleshoot conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, bearings, and other rotating equipment
- Diagnose hydraulic and pneumatic systems, cylinders, valves, and components
- Troubleshoot electrical systems using a multimeter and electrical schematics
- Previous industrial maintenance experience , preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working with hydraulics and pneumatics
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Experience with motors, gearboxes, conveyors, bearings, and pumps
- Strong understanding of preventative maintenance practices
- Ability to work independently and respond effectively to breakdowns
- Strong attendance, reliability, and safety mindset
