Reports To Building Principal/Department Supervisor Example(s) of Work Performed Experience working with Adult Education data systems and entering data accurately Experience proctoring tests and willingness to earn certification to proctor the Test of Adult Basic Education and CASAS Steps Willingness to conduct student intake and enrollment Willingness to assist with graduation arrangements Experience managing data flow between classrooms and data systems Willingness to proctor both pre‑tests and post‑tests Working knowledge of basic accounting principles Working knowledge of Google suite Customer service skills Willingness to assist with student paperwork and other miscellaneous duties in accordance with the Department of Education and AEL rules Willingness to participate in professional development, attend staff meetings and attend promotional events Work Assignments and Evaluation Secretarial/clerical responsibilities are assigned upon employment.
