Job Description And Duties The Return to Work Analyst provides information relative to injury/illness and employee performance relative to case. Review modified duty restrictions and coordinate with departments the feasibility of light-duty assignments. Assists in reviewing medical reports and evaluations to determine capability of employee returning to work.
