Job Description And Duties The Return to Work Analyst provides information relative to injury/illness and employee performance relative to case. Review modified duty restrictions and coordinate with departments the feasibility of light-duty assignments. Assists in reviewing medical reports and evaluations to determine capability of employee returning to work. Assists in analyzing, reviews and making recommendations to initiate investigations on worker’s compensation cases. Limited Term Limited term 12 months; may be extended up to 24 months or become permanent.
