About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of M&A to spearhead its growth through strategic acquisitions and the creation of enterprise value. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the entire M&A process, from the evaluation and sourcing of potential targets to the execution of transactions. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with executive leadership and investment partners to develop industry-specific investment theses, as well as the cultivation of relationships with key stakeholders. The Vice President of M&A will play a critical part in expanding the company's market presence, manufacturing capabilities, and product offerings within the agricultural sector. Applicants for the Vice President of M&A position at the company should have a proven track record in driving successful M&A activities, particularly within the agricultural or related industries. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. A strong background in financial analysis, due diligence, and deal structuring is essential.
